Fuse Board / Distribution Board / Consumer Unit

A fuse board (Consumer Unit) upgrade is what it implies. It's an upgrade from the current Fuse Board. With all the new appliances we use now days, and new technological devices we now have in our homes, we generally find that older homes don't have sufficient power available to handle the increased demand. This means that your fuse board is possibly 'maxing out'. The load on the main switch is nearing its maximum. This also causes surges which could destroy sensitive electronics, computers, TV's Stereos, etc.
